Is this productive chains or factoring?
It is a mercantile operation, where Blu Nord becomes the buyer and supplier of the raw material, granting the term for the client to close its sale cycle until the moment it gets paid. Therefore, this is not a productive or factoring chain.
Can this be done with the current inventory?
Only work with new acquisition raw material. The current inventory will not be part of this agreement.
As a client, can I become a supplier and invite my clients to this scheme so they can pay me in cash?
Yes, as long as both meet the requirements requested by Blu Nord.
Can the provider be outside of Mexico?
Definitive, as long as the client takes care of the import the place of origin of the supplier is irrelevant.
What is the rate or financial cost?
There is no fee or financial cost. It is a mercantile operation where Blu Nord has to buy with the best conditions and sell at a price, in exchange for granting the necessary term for the client to buy, transform, sell and collect its share in a safe way.
Can you operate with perishable goods?
