Investment Supply Contract
What is it?
It is a contract whereby the lessor (owner of the asset) transfers the right to use or enjoy a productive asset (real or personal property) to the lessee (user of the asset), for a period determined by the payment of an established income .
Once the lease is finished, the client can choose one of the following alternatives:
- Return the asset to the landlord.
- Renew the lease for a new period and certain rent.
- Buy the good at a market value.
Companies that wish to Invest in new productive assets.
Companies that need to obtain working capital by monetizing their current productive assets.
Institutions that need to complement their fiscal strategy.
Increase substantially utility, bidding supply contracts (PEMEX, CFE, PETROBRAS, etc.) of greater volume with assignment of rights.
Reduce investment in Inventories.
Compliance in time and form of the supply contract.
Obtain the necessary resources in due time for the import of the product to be supplied.
Increase supply capacity without having the risk of another bank debt or committing own capital.

It must be an independent contract of supply (acquisition).
Any material?
It is preferable that it be considered a commodity or fungible product with secondary market.
Can the provider be abroad?
As long as the client takes care of the import, its origin is irrelevant.
